we are the first family yg tinggal di BP10. The first 2 -3 weeks after we have moved in, my maid (her room di tingkat bawah) selalu nampak seorg indon berjalan belakang rumah. I pun pernah nampak dia lalu pukul 2 am ke atas. Normally I woke up between 2 am to 5 am. Kenapa indon lalu situ? Dia akan target rumah and check what time we sleep and until what time we stay up. One day, I was in the kitchen, baru je habis cooking, masa tu maghrib, tiba2 terperanjat sebab nampak katak pelik, never see that rupa katak before, tapi tak tahu kenapa, suddenly, saya rasa lain macam, my body macam shivering, and tiba2 darah menderau, seram sejuk. My previous maid, she worked 4 years with me, she help me throw out that katak ganjil. Tak tahu sebab apa tapi tiba2 ada rasa mcm berdebar, so after I have perform my magrib prayers, I do solat hajat and baca yasin tapi tak baca mcm biasa, ada caranya dan make doa for me and my kids safety. Tapi langsung tak mention husband, punyalah kejam...Then me and husband went out and come back at 12 pm. I wanted to give abg yusuf, my neighbour, phone number police tapi dia dah tido and malam tu pulak malam pertama dia tido dgn anaknya di situ. Barang belum ada. So tak kenal sgt lagi, tak jadi nak ketuk pintu dia.

Then around 4:30 am I dah jaga, and I feel something, I wanted to go downstairs and check at the back, tapi baby masa tu baru 3 bulan tengah jaga, I cant put her down coz she will cry and I dont want to take her to the kitchen with me. Tapi saya fikir, my maid selalu bangun dalam 4:30am and if anything she will dengar. Rupanya dia lena habis, tak sedar langsung. I have 2 beds in the master bedroom, and I was sitting on the bed when the 3 perompak masuk bilik dgn parang. I was looking at them. Though my bed near the door, but none of them were looking at me, mereka masuk terus semua mereka pandang ke arah wardrobe serentak. Macam cite 3 stooges. First I thought I was in a dream, but then I sedar I was not dreaming. I just watch them jalan terhendap2 depan katil I menuju ke katil satu lagi. Tapi tak seorg pun masa lalu depan katil I tu, pandang I yg sedang duduk atas katil. My husband sorang je kat katil lagi satu tu, siannnn... then I have to yelled to wake him up, kena yelled byk kali sebab jenis tido mati kena buat mcm tuh. Tapi masa jerit suruh husband bangun tu, tak seorg pun dari perompak tu pandang i or come to me to shut my mouth or ask me to shut my mouth. COz kat BP11, makcik tu kena tumbuk. Salah seorg perompak tu ialah yg selalu lalu belakang rumah yg i pernah nampak. If you all look at his face, looks innocent, tapi yg pakai parang panjang tu, memang muka pembunuh, sahih.

My husband terperanjat sebab bila terjaga parang dah dekat leher, so he menjerit, and that perompak nak pancung leher my husband, when see that, I ask my husband to keep quite. Kebetulan, my brother, he is PR di UK for 30years, ada bercuti and stay with me. He heard noises, dia ingat ada org mabuk kat luar sebab UK macam tu, bila dia buka pintu, dia nampak perompak, perompak nampak dia, so dia cepat2 tutup pintu. Perompak ikat my husband. And took him to my brother's room. Yg rupa pembunuh tu, tendang pintu kuat2 sampai pintu pecah. And my brother pulak masa tu nak call polica tapi he does not know my house address and his phone is UK phone. Tangan kanan dia pegang pintu, tangan kiri, dia change dari pakai kain pakai seluar. And at the same time, pintu tu dah pecah tapi tak boleh buka, padahal my brother tak pegang kuat pun cuma dgn jari je. Then dalam saat getir tu, my brother teringat, masa tsunami, ada rumah yg terselamat kerana penghuninya azan, so dia pun azan, bila dia azan, belum sampai 2 minit, perompak2 tu terus turun. And pintu tu pulak sebenarnya memang dah terbuka, memang dah pecah habis, tak boleh tutup. Tapi perompak tu rasa pintu tu macam masih kukuh dan agaknya dah sakit kaki tendang kot. My baby pulak tiba2 tido, terus I ambil handbag , sebelah I je, and call polis masa perompak masih di dapur. Dalam masa 30 minit selepas tu, i call maxis to detect my husband punya h/phone, nak tahu location, mereka kata near subang court. Dan juga, I notice perompak tu tabur tanah di tangga and ada garis2 hitam di pintu maid and sebahagian dinding. So, org indon memang suka pakai sihir or black magic. Kak pah, my neighbour, lagi best, perompak masuk rumah dia ambil semua barang kemas, siap dia bagi yg dia pakai lagi, sebab dia ingat perompak tu husband dia, and her husband is actually tengah tido nyenyak. Bila perompak pergi baru dia sedar.

home-guard security service at bp10!

The area maintenance for BP10 has been handed over to the Sepang local council (Majlis Perbandaran Sepang-MPSp) starting from July 2006. In regards to the handing over, the developer (Bukit Hitam Development Sdn. Bhd.) was pulling out the guards from BP10 and therefore, suggested that the Resident Association (RA) to continue and maintain the area security.

At last, after a few weeks (actually a month) of hand over the bp10 area from developer to MPSp, the security guard is back! This is the initiative of BP10 RA to engage security service due to the break-in cases in our 'taman'. At one time there were 5 break-in cases within 1 week.

Actually, RA have invited 5 security companies during the bidding stage. Out of 5, only 3 responded. Out of 3, the current company had given the best offer with the cheapest price that suit with our budget. So, the security service has started the operation in BP10 on 1st of August 2006.

Since then, there are complaints/suggestions from the BP10 residents regarding the security service especially the 'quality' service after what we are paying (quite high to some of the residents). There are some promises by the company that are not yet in place. But the RA is working towards that. The RA is monitoring the security service. Everything is documented. If you have further suggestion, feel free to do so. The company is now in 3 months probation period.
